Common questions

What happens if I cancel?
Your 5 aliases are disabled immediately. Emails sent to them will no longer be forwarded. You can reactivate by resubscribing.
Can I choose my alias address?
Aliases are randomly generated 8-character strings for maximum privacy — e.g. f3a9bc12@kandishield.com. You cannot set a custom alias name.
Can I reply from an alias?
Not at this time. Aliases are forwarding-only. You receive mail at your real inbox and reply from there.
How does crypto payment work?
Annual-only. You pay the USD equivalent in Bitcoin or XRP at the time of checkout. Your subscription activates automatically when payment confirms on-chain (usually within minutes). Renewal each year is manual — you'll receive a reminder 7 days before expiry.
What domain will my aliases be on?
You choose either kandishield.com or kandiemail.com at signup. All 5 aliases use the same domain.
